Terms and conditions

1. Buy Melvins loose Teas 100g or 250g (Pure Kenyan Chai, Masala or Tangawizi flavours). Find a voucher with the unique code, Dial *483*2727# to redeem & receive Kes 20 free airtime within 24hrs.
2. The Offer is valid from 15/DEC/2022 – 15/Jan/2023 (both dates included) till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
3. Offer is applicable and valid only three (3) times per user, per mobile number.
4. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
5. Airtime code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
6. Any queries or concerns regarding the redemption of the airtime voucher must be addressed to service provider directly.
7. All participants who have bought the promotional pack of products with Melvins Teas & Melvins Seasoning, with Voucher & offer details during the offer period shall be eligible to receive the respective voucher during the Offer Period.
8. The Offer is open to residents of Kenya above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Melvins Tea, and TOPREWARDS KENYA.
9. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non-cashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
10. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, Melvins Teas and Toprewards Kenya Ltd shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
11. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon both the parties. Toprewards Kenya Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, or other force majeure circumstances.
12. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from this Program.
13. TopRewards Kenya Ltd, its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details without notice.
14. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and no new Unique Code will be issued in the event of loss or theft.
15. If the participant has registered with DND or Do Not Call Registry, campaign messages may not be received and Melvins Teas and TopRewards Kenya Ltd are not liable for the same.
